Our Rent, Buy & Save Program allows clients to work with one of our trusted real estate agents and live in one of our furnished homes at a discounted rate until they find a home to purchase.

Once a property is matched, a rental application and details regarding the deposit, pet and cleaning fee and other terms are determined.​

We love pets and our pets are family too. Most of our homes are pet friendly and only requires a small pet fee.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Please contact your property manager for any issue or concerns you may have.
When is my rent due?
​Rent is due 1st of the month or prearranged terms. We accept payment via ACH, Wire, Zelle, or check.
Can I extend my stay?
Please contact us, so we may confirm the availability of your property and possibility of extension.
